This complex project has a variety of functionalities. It’s composed of 3 separate websites. The first one is presentable and serves as a noticeboard for all first-time visitors, along with an event calendar and booking of the public appearances of choirs.
The second one is dedicated to individual singing classes, and it has appointment booking functionality with online payment.
The third one is just for members of numerous choirs and working groups
They can become members through the membership registration process that implies also online payment, and then they have an access to pages, calendars, and materials prepared just for them.
Through software for mass mailing, they receive monthly newsletters and all sorts of notifications, created in complete harmony with visual identity and with respect to all applicable rules for mass mailing.

Licenses, registering and restricted access
This project was demanding on many levels. It has 3 parts and each is actually a branch of one now well-developed online business.
Book shop in 3 languages – with 3 different sets of books depending on which language you choose was technically the easiest part.
Mercia Academy, a platform for online learning – also in 3 languages, with integrated zoom lessons and webinars, was a necessity in the time of the corona outbreak. Video lesson creations and training of teachers and students were just a part of the everyday support that we provided when the platform was launched.
The third part is a website for licensing, that has a function to sell licenses and it’s not publicly available. The process of granting licenses is actually the signing of a contract with online payment. License arrives at the email address of the purchaser immediately after successfully finishing the process, in PDF format and it’s protected so it just can be printed.
